Designation: Trainee - Finance Executive

 

Job Description: Role: Trainee

 

Activities to be performed:

• Statutory Activity (E.S.I)
• Documentation and Retrieval 

Key Tasks
• Financial reporting, including quarterly management accounts and cash flow
• Invoicing client publishers
• Creating monthly publisher sales statements
• Book-keeping
• Updating mailing lists
• Monitoring publishers’ stock levels at our distributors Central Books
• Organising quarterly board and committee meetings
• Minute-taking at board and committee meetings
• Office administration
• Maintaining company information at external agencies (eg. HMRC, ACE)
