Details are as follows: Designation: Chief Accountant Profile: · Finalization of accounts and Maintenance of day to day accounts, scrutiny of accounts periodically and preparation of group final accounts and filing of · T. & W. T. Returns, liaison with auditors & consultants. · Preparation of various MIS Reports · Handling of all the matters related to TDS of Salary, Professional Fees, Brokerage, Payments to Contractors Etc. i.e. scrutiny of quarterly returns and supervising the E filing of the group TDS returns · Compiling and supervising data for all the scrutiny assessments u/s 143(3),preparation of submissions, filing of details and attending hearings at all levels, also drafting appeals to CIT & ITAT in consultation with legal & taxation consultants also handled search under section 132 and handled block assessment up to ITAT level. · Preparing and filing all the forms / returns / certificates with ROC. Liaison with company law auditors / consultants. · Administration of the accounts department & routine correspondence with the various authorities. Qualification : Chartered Accountant (C.A.)
