Designation: Walkins for Helpdesk Support Eng-01 Sept 10(Time 10am-5 pm only)

Job Description:   

He / She will be an important member of our Service Delivery Team responsible for IT Service delivery at our large customer sites. The Key Results areas will be Customer satisfaction, call closure norms like Response time / Resolution time etc.

Primary responsibility of a person performing in this position is user support and customer service.

• This person must be present and visible at the Help Desk and available to DMT O&I users requiring technical assistance.
• Respond to questions from callers;
• remotely assist users with event scheduling and termination.
• Record problems and develop trouble tickets.
• Follow standard Help Desk operating procedures; accurately log all Help Desk contacts using call tracking software.
• Direct calls to appropriate Event Managers and NGMS DMT O&I staff as needed.
• Maintain reasonable discipline and decorum in the Help Desk and computer lab areas.
• Other duties as assigned by the Help Desk Manager or O&M staff. - Possess or able to obtain a Secret clearance.
