* Writing system test plans
* System level scaling and performance testing
* Leading/managing a team of system test engineers
* Deliver projects on-time and to specification with an appropriate level of quality.
* Collaborate with product managers, program managers, human computer interaction specialists, customers and * prospects to gather and define requirements.
* Develop automated functional tests.
* Collaborate with technical writers to create customer-relevant documentation.

Desired Profile :
- Good knowledge UTRAN protocols NBAP, IU etc and UMTS call flow
- Experience in using test mobiles, RNC simulators and RF tools like signal generators and VSA
- Good knowledge and practice of Verification process (es), test methodologies and Quality initiatives
- Writing test specifications
- Exposure to Unix, Linux and windows based tools
- Support activities on external team issues and good debugging skills
- PERL or similar scripting experience desirable
- Good knowledge on Automation frame work desirable.
- Familiarity with simulation tools (Ubinetics,Catapult etc.,)
